What you'll be charged, and what's extra
Bus hire isn't priced like a cab, so here's how the number is put together before you have to ask.
- Local hire inside Bangalore is a package — a set number of hours and kilometres, with a clear per-hour and per-km rate beyond it.
- Outstation hire runs on a per-kilometre rate with a minimum kilometres per day, so a two-day trip is billed against two days of minimums whether or not you use them.
- Included: the bus, fuel and the driver.
- Quoted upfront, billed separately: tolls, state permit charges for interstate routes, parking, and the driver's night allowance on overnight trips.
- AC costs more than non-AC. We'll quote both if you're deciding.
- Waiting beyond the agreed window is charged at a rate agreed at booking — never invented at the end of the day.

When you put 40 people on a bus, the things that matter aren't the seat covers. They're whether the fitness certificate is current, whether the driver has the right licence class, and whether anyone actually checked the tyres this month.

Yes — it's one of our most common bookings. We hold buses across the muhurtham days and run them on a shuttle schedule between the venue, the hotels and the station or airport. Multiple buses on the same date are fine if the guest list needs it.
All buses come with a driver. We don't do self-drive buses. Every driver holds a valid heavy passenger vehicle licence, is background-checked, and is experienced on the route being driven.
One to two weeks for an ordinary date. Three to four weeks for wedding season, long weekends, Dussehra, Diwali and the December holidays — buses run out first because there are simply fewer of them than cars. We'll still try for short-notice requests if a vehicle is free.
